The Sapahn family is thinking of you and would love to know how you’re doing. You’re in our thoughts and we want to do everything in our power to support you and our community.

One thing I've learned and leaned into during our years in Thailand is the idea of impermanence. Nothing is forever. The best of the best days, and the hardest of the hard. Believing this won't last forever, but accepting, for now, there is a new norm to adjust to. By taking everything day by day, it seems more manageable. There are silver linings within all these big changes -- it just takes time to see and feel them.

I've personally been taking the time to take stock, reflect and renew. Anyone else feel the craving of cleaning the house, pulling out everything in the closets and organizing? I feel so accomplished in some ways.

Micky, my toddler, helped me clean out my shoe closet by playing a matching game. So, yeah, we're getting creative over here.

I also cleaned my home office which FEELS SOOO GOOD.

In doing this, I've organized the Sapahn storage space, too which means ... lots of past season products that I would love to give life to again and get them in your hands to be loved rather than boxed up in totes. So, more on that coming VERY soon!

I also make sure to take time and check in on friends and family who I know are experiencing a lot of anxiety. We're in this together.

Podcasts Sapahn is Into

Interesting, funny, inspiring and entertaining, we're really digging on these podcasts - The Goop Podcast, Feminist Wellness, WTF with Mark Maron and Arm Chair Expert with Dax Shepard. Bonus: They make quarantine cleaning WAY more fun.

Books Sapahn is Into

If you want a book to encourage you and remind you that you're a badass during times of uncertainty, Glennon Doyle's Untamed will just about do it.

We also recommend Witness because it's based on a study with Elie Wiesel.  This seems like a good time to hear the wisdom of a prolific writer and holocaust survivor.
