We offer free VIP unlimited returns through our VIP Checkout experience, with a one-time $1.98 charge. Otherwise, the cost of shipping for a return is deducted from your refund. 

We are confident you will love your purchase, and strive to ensure a quality customer experience. However, if you need to return your purchase, Sapahn is pleased to offer you a refund back to your original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date. We will send you a shipping label and credit the return (minus the shipping costs) once we receive the item. 

The item you’re returning must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and having all original tags attached. The item cannot have been exposed to perfume or smoke, or present any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new.

Note: Not all items may be returned. Non-returnable items include: flash sale items, gift cards, custom items and sample sales. For international returns, due to the high degree of variability between countries, customer agrees to pay for all return and custom fees. Sapahn is not responsible for any return costs.

To ensure a fair and positive shopping experience for everyone, we monitor return patterns. If we identify excessive or unreasonable returns, we may limit or decline future purchases and returns both online and in-store.

Yes, we are more than happy to facilitate an exchange, and will cover your shipping to do so.

Please print the return label and affix it to the outside of the original box that your item was delivered in and take the package to your nearest USPS location and drop it off. Your refund (less the shipping costs if you opt out of VIP Checkout) will be processed within 3 days of the receipt of your item. Please note, it can take 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.

Local in-store returns can be made at our Flagship Store in Lincoln, Nebraska. Simply bring in your item during normal store hours. We are also able to process online returns in our Flagship Store.

Yes. All purchases made between November 10th - December 24th have an extended return window, until January 4th.

For Sapahn merchandise purchased at a local retailer or boutique, the return or exchange must be handled directly at the place of purchase as return and exchange policies vary by store.

We are so happy you were gifted Sapahn! If your Sapahn item was given to you as a gift and you need to return it, please follow the same return guidelines as above. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date and will be refunded as store credit.

While this is a very rare situation, we are so sorry! Please notify us hello@sapahn.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your item and provide details on any inaccuracy or flaws, including photos if applicable. After this timeframe, we will assume you have decided to keep the bag as it is; once the bag has been used it can no longer be returned for a refund or store credit.
