Meet Molly ✨
What happens when two experienced female entrepreneurs join forces?
You create something beautiful on an even bigger scale.
As Sapahn enters a new chapter of growth, we wanted to officially introduce the woman who will help lead the brand's future alongside Brooke.
For those I haven’t met yet, hi, I’m Molly! 👋
I’m a mom, entrepreneur, and someone deeply passionate about building businesses rooted in both impact and connection. Before joining Sapahn, my background centered heavily around geriatric healthcare, where I spent years focused on improving quality of life and advocating for people-centered experiences.
From there, I went on to build and scale a mission-driven technology company, Superb, helping to raise capital, expand national marketing efforts, and grow operations across the United States. Along the way, I’ve also had the privilege of serving on nonprofit boards— organizations that continue to fuel my passion for community impact and human-centered work.
At the core of everything I’ve built has always been the same belief: People matter first.
When Brooke and I first connected, it immediately felt aligned. We shared similar values around ethical business practices, thoughtful growth, and creating something that has a positive impact beyond the product itself.
The more I learned about Sapahn, the more I fell in love with what Brooke had created.
Not just beautiful bags but a brand built on dignity, opportunity, ethical craftsmanship, and intentional design. That combination is incredibly rare, and I knew almost immediately I wanted to help grow it.
My First Sapahn Experience
My first Sapahn purchase was one of those moments where you instantly get it.
The quality. The softness of the leather. The thoughtful functionality. The feeling that this piece would move through life with me for years, not seasons.
But more than anything, it made me think differently about what I was carrying.
Who made this?
What impact did this purchase create?
Why don’t more brands operate this way?
That’s what stayed with me.
Then came my first sapahn in-person experience, the One of a Kind Show in Chicago, where I met customers in person and heard their stories firsthand. Watching women light up when they found their bag. Seeing how deeply customers connected not only to the products, but to the mission behind them.
It confirmed everything for me: Sapahn has created something truly meaningful, and I feel incredibly grateful to be now part of helping carry that story forward.
What Excites Me Most
I’m excited about growth, but intentional growth.
More storytelling.
More community.
More product innovation.
More opportunities to create impact globally while continuing to deepen the connection locally.
The future of Sapahn looks like expanding thoughtfully while staying rooted in the values that built this brand in the first place.
And trust me… there are some very exciting things ahead. 👀

What’s Coming Up 👀
A New Size Is Coming…
We’re launching a brand new size of a Sapahn favorite very soon — and we have a feeling it’s going to become an everyday essential.
Stay tuned for the official launch at the end of June … stay tuned!
FIFA World Cup 26™ Is Almost Here ⚽
We can hardly believe it, FIFA World Cup 26™ is only a month away, and you’ll be able to find Sapahn at Union Station during the excitement.
For Brooke and Matt especially, this moment feels deeply meaningful.
Football has always had a unique way of bringing people together across cultures, languages, and borders, and fashion has the power to do the same. Both create connection, spark conversation, and remind us of our shared humanity.
At Sapahn, we believe the biggest stages in the world should also create room for dignity, ethical production, and human rights conversations. Being part of this moment is incredibly exciting, and we can’t wait to share it with all of you.
Thank you for being here during this next chapter.
We’re so grateful you’re part of the bridge between where Sapahn started and where we’re headed next.
With gratitude,
Molly & Brooke
