RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We are so happy you placed an order with Sapahn, but also know things change! Please use the drop-downs below to answer any questions about returns/exchanges. 

  • What is your return policy?

We are confident you will love your purchase, and strive to ensure a quality customer experience. However, if you need to return your purchase, Sapahn is pleased to offer you a refund back to your original form of payment, minus the cost of shipping.


Returns must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date. We will send you a shipping label and credit the return (minus the shipping costs) once we receive the item. 


The item you’re returning must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and having all original tags attached. The item cannot have been exposed to perfume or smoke, or present any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new.


Note: Not all items may be returned. Non-returnable items include: flash sale items, gift cards, custom items and sample sales. For international returns, due to the high degree of variability between countries, customer agrees to pay for all return and custom fees. Sapahn is not responsible for any return costs. 

  • DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Yes, we are more than happy to facilitate an exchange, and will cover your shipping to do so.


Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the original purchase date. We will send you a shipping label and will work with you to make the exchange once we receive the item.

  • How do I make an online return OR START AN EXCHANGE?

To initiate a return/exchange please submit this Sapahn return form. Provide us with your name, contact info, order number, and reason for return. Once we receive your submission, we will contact you within 24 hours to process the return, and provide a return label that you can use to return the item. 


Please print the return label and affix it to the outside of the original box that your item was delivered in and take the package to your nearest USPS location and drop it off. Your refund (less the shipping costs) will be processed within 3 days of the receipt of your item. Please note, it can take 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your bank account.

  • How do I make an in-store return?

Local in-store returns can be made at our Flagship Store in Lincoln, Nebraska. Simply bring in your item during normal store hours. We are also able to process online returns in our Flagship Store.

  • How do I return an item bought at a boutique location?

For Sapahn merchandise purchased at a local retailer or boutique, the return or exchange must be handled directly at the place of purchase as return and exchange policies vary by store.

  • How do I return a gifted item?

We are so happy you were gifted Sapahn! If your Sapahn item was given to you as a gift and you need to return it, please follow the same return guidelines as above. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date and will be refunded as store credit.

  • Do you refund shipping costs for returns?

No, we do not refund shipping costs for returns.

  • Are gift cards refundable?

No, gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Does store credit expire?

Yes, store credit expires after two years.

  • What do I do if I receive my order and it's incorrect or flawed?

While this is a very rare situation, we are so sorry! Please notify us hello@sapahn.com within 24-48 hours of receiving your item and provide details on any inaccuracy or flaws, including photos if applicable. After this timeframe, we will assume you have decided to keep the bag as it is; once the bag has been used it can no longer be returned for a refund or store credit.
